摘要
目的:研究维药鸢尾根不同极性提取部位对变异链球菌生长及生物膜形成的影响,为其防治龋齿的活性部位提供实验依据。方法:采用系统溶剂法分离维药鸢尾根不同极性提取物,微孔板法培养变异链球菌BF模型,两倍稀释法研究维药鸢尾根不同极性提取物对变异链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和影响BF形成的最低抑菌浓度(SMIC)。结果:乙酸乙酯提取部位对抑制变异链球菌生长的MIC50为500μg/m L,氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取部位对变异链球菌BF形成的SMIC50分别约为125μg/m L和50μg/m L。结论:初步确定维药鸢尾根氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取部位为抑制变异链球菌BF形成的活性部位。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of the different solvent extracts from Uyghur medicine Iris halophila pall. root on the development of Stretopcoccus mutans and formation of biofilm (BF). It will provide the experiment basis for prevention and treatment dental caries. Methods The different polarity extracts of Uyghur medicine Iris halophila pall. root were obtained by system solvent separation method. Microwell plate method was used to cultivate Stretopcoccus mutans BF model. The minimum inhibitory con- centration (MIC) and the SMIC against BF of the different solvent extracts were investigated by double dilution method. Results The MICs0 of ethyl acetate extract was 500μg/mL. The SMICs0 of the chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract were 125μg/mL and 500μg/mL respectively. Conclusion The chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract showed obvious activity against Stretopcoccus mu- tans BF, which are worth further studying.
