摘要
基于虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW,以电动高尔夫球车为载体,在完成对现有机械结构和电控系统改造的基础上,建立了一套电动车智能控制创新教学实验平台。基于NI myRIO控制器,开发了车速与制动控制、自动转向控制和避障预警控制等车辆智能控制算法;通过室内台架实验和道路实车实验,验证了电动车智能控制创新教学实验平台的功能,电动车智能控制创新教学实验平台的建立完善了课程教学内容,丰富了学生的专业技能,提高了学生的实际动手能力,有效提高了实践教学水平。
Based on the LabVIEW of the virtual instrument software,and by taking an electric golf cart as a carrier,an innovative teaching experimental platform for the intelligent control of electric vehicles is set up on the basis of reforming the existing mechanical structure and electronic control system.Base on NI myRIO controller,the intelligent control algorithms for the vehicle speed and braking control,automatic steering control and obstacle avoidance warning control are developed.Through the indoor bench experiment and the road real vehicle experiment,the functions of the innovative teaching experimental platform for the intelligent control of electric vehicles are validated.The establishment of such platform improves the content of the course teaching,enriches the students' professional skills,enhances the students' practical ability,and raises the level of the practical teaching effectively.
