摘要
高校博物馆是展示高校文化的窗口,学生志愿讲解员是高校文化传播的生力军,既可以弥补专业讲解人力的不足,又能提升自身的综合素质。高校学生志愿讲解员应具有良好的思想品德、文化功底和口头表达能力。发展学生志愿讲解员可从广泛招聘、加强岗位培训方面入手,在具体岗位实践中要注意不影响学生志愿讲解员的正常学业。
College and university museums are the windows to display the unique culture of colleges and universities. Student docents working at those museums are the backbone to communicate the campus culture,making up for the shortage in professional docents and improving their comprehensive qualities as well. Student docents should be equipped with good virtues and a high proficiency in writing and speaking. They can be recruited extensively and take on-job training,but should not be distracted too much from their regular academic activities.
