摘要
探讨多弧靶离子镀铬钢领的研究及应用情况。介绍了多弧靶离子镀铬钢领的研究背景、镀铬设备及工艺原理;分析了多弧靶离子镀铬钢领的特性,并进行了纺纱试验对比。结果表明:使用多弧靶离子镀铬钢领纺纱千锭时断头率较电解镀铬钢领低7根,纺纱条干和毛羽均有明显改善,钢领使用寿命较长。认为:多弧靶离子镀铬钢领硬度高,表面光滑,摩擦因数低,耐高温性能好,有抗氧化性能,镀铬工艺环保性好,纺纱使用性能较好,具有推广价值。
Study and application of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were discussed. The study back- ground, chroming equipment and technology principle of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were introduced. The performance of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were analyzed, the yarn comparison testing was conduc- ted. The test results show that the yarn breakage for every thousand yarn spun with muhi-arc ion chromium plating ring is 7 counts lower than that spun with chromium electroplated ring. The yarn evenness and hairiness are obviously improved. The service life of plating ring is much longer. It is considered that the multi-arc ion chromi- um plating ring is harder. It has a smoother surface,lower friction factor, better temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. The chromium plating process has better environmental protection property. The yarn usage prop- erties are better. It has big promotional value.
