摘要 [目的/意义]通过分析、研究学术社交网站所提供的服务,能够探究学术社交网络对研究人员日常科研活动起的积极作用,从而为研究人员使用学术社交网络进行学术交流、管理科研活动起到指引作用。[方法/过程]分析研究人员从事科研活动过程中对社交网络的需求,对国外知名学术社交网站Research Gate和Academia.edu进行详细调研,分析其对研究人员需求的满足状况。[结果/结论]学术社交网站对研究人员进行科研活动具有积极作用;可以聚合科研资源,提高学术交流效率,增加合作机会,还可以作为学术资源管理工具和学者评价的替代计量指标。 [Purpose/significance] By analyzing and studying the services provided by academic social network,this paper explores the positive effects of academic social networks on researchers' daily research activities,which further serves as a guide for researchers to use academic social networks to conduct academic communication and manage scientific research activities. [Method/process]The paper analyzes the demand of researchers engaged in research activities on social network. Through the investigation of Research Gate and Academia. edu,which are well-known academic social network sites abroad,their satisfaction to the needs of researchers is examined. [Result/conclusion] Academic social network sites have positive effects on the scientific research activities of researchers. They can not only aggregate scientific research resources,improve academic exchange efficiency,and increase cooperation opportunities,but also function as academic resource management tools,and alternative metrological indicators for scholar evaluation.
