摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合尿毒清治疗糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析的疗效及对患者微炎症反应的影响。方法抽取解放军第152中心医院2014年3月—2016年7月收治的94例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者,随机分组,各47例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组采用阿托伐他汀联合尿毒清治疗,两组均持续治疗12周。对比治疗前后两组甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化情况,统计两组疗效。结果治疗前两组各指标对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组TG、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率93.62%(44/47)高于对照组74.47%(35/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合尿毒清治疗糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析效果显著,可改善患者血脂及微炎症因子水平。
Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin and niaoduqing in diabetic nephropathy patients with maintenance hemodialysis and the influence of the micro inflammatory. Methods The 94 diabetic nephropathy patients with maintenance hemodialysis were extracted in 152 Hospital of PLA from Mar. 2014 to Jul. 2016,then all subjects were random divided into two groups： Patients in control group were given atorvastatin and Patients in research group were given atorvastatin and niaoduqing,both groups were treatment for 12 weeks. The levels change of TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no statistical significance on TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP between two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）,but after treatment,the indexs were lower in research group than in control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate was higher in research group than in control group[93. 62%（ 44/47） vs 74. 47%（ 35/47）,P〈0. 05]. Conclusion Both atorvastatin combine with niaoduqing are effective in diabetic nephropathy patients with maintenance hemodialysis,it could change the levels of blood lipid and micro inflammatory.
