活化橡胶粉-纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘要 为了明确活化橡胶粉、纤维掺量对路面混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响规律,通过13组试验,分别对基准混凝土、活化橡胶粉混凝土和活化橡胶粉纤维混凝土进行了力学试验。结果表明:活化橡胶粉掺入混凝土可以改善混凝土的抗变形能力;活化橡胶粉和纤维同时掺入混凝土,可以有效改善混凝土抗拉能力。对于活化橡胶粉纤维混凝土,活化橡胶粉掺量控制在6%以内,纤维掺量为0.4%,其作为路面材料具有良好的抗拉、抗破坏能力。 In order to make clear the influences of activated rubber powder and fiber content ron compressive strength, split strength and bending strength of concrete, we conducted 13 mechanical property tests about reference concrete, activated rubber powder concrete and activated rubber powder concrete with fiber. The results indicated that adding activated rubber powder into concrete could improve the non-deformability of concrete. And adding activated rubber powder and fiber into concrete at the same time could improve the tensile strength of concrete. For activated rubber powder concrete with fiber, if the content of activated rubber powder was controlled in the range of 6% and fiber content was controlled in about 0.4%,it would have good tensile strength as pavement materials.
