摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用效果。方法选择80例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组给予神经内科常规护理,观察组则给予临床护理路径。对2组康复效果进行比较。结果观察组出院时和出院3个月后NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MFMA评分和BI评分也显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组护理满意度分别为80.0%和95.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者实施临床护理路径可提高康复护理的规范性,同时可有效提高患者的自理能力,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation nursing of cerebral ischemic stroke（CIS）.Method eighty CIS patients were selected as subjects in this study,which were divided into two groups：the control group（40 cases）and the observation group（40 cases）.The control group as given withroutine care of Neurology,while the observation group as given clinical nursing path.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The MHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge,and the MFMA and BI scores were stark higher during the two periods than in the control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group and the observation group was 80% and 95%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path can improve the normalization of rehabilitation nursing for CIS patients,and can effectively improve the self-care ability,enhance patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work.Therefore,clinical nursing pathway can be practically popularized and applied in clinic.
