摘要
DCMC型自行式模块车(SPMT)是一种集机-电-液于一体的模块化运输装备。整车配备了静液压驱动、先进的电子/液压控制技术、全方位独立转向机构和液压升降系统。而液压升降系统是保证SPMT安全运输的重要组成部分,不仅具有整体升降、单边升降、单点升降动作,自动调平功能,还具备液压回路安全保护系统,确保当某个升降管路发生破损时,整个运输平台不会发生倾斜。
DCMC series Self-propelled modular transporters(SPMT) is a modular transport equipment which integrates mechanics,electronics and hydraulic. The transporter is equipped with hydrostatic drive, advanced electronic/hydraulic control technology, omni-directional independent steering mechanism and hydraulic lifting system. The hydraulic lifting system is an important part to ensure the safe transportation of SPMT.The system is not only with the function of the overall lifting, unilateral lifting, single point lifting, automatic leveling, but also with the hydraulic circuit safety protection system, to ensure that the entire transport platform will not be inclined when a lifting pipeline is damaged.
