摘要
跨境电子商务飞速发展,参与企业与潜在进入企业增多,由此引发了巨大的人才缺口。跨境电子商务人才缺口既表现在数量与质量上,表现在管理人才与技术人才上,也表现在初级人才与中高级人才上,还表现在专业性人才与复合型人才上。除了市场井喷原因外,人才缺口也与传统教育模式错位、企业自身内部原因有关。人才市场的供需矛盾、利润下滑与人力成本攀升矛盾、企业需求与传统教育模式矛盾成为跨境电子商务人才方面面临的三大核心矛盾。由此,提出了一些建议与措施,旨在破解跨境电子商务人才困局。
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, many enterprise s have jo in ed in it and many enterprise s are potential to jo in in it,which has triggered a huge talent gap. The gap of the cross-border e-commerce talents is both in quantity and quality, and is both in management personnel and technical personnel. The gap is also both in the primary talents and senior personnel. The gap is also reflected both in the professional talents and the inter -disciplinary talents. In addition to the reason of the market blowout,the talent gap is also related with dislocation of traditional education mode. Also, the talent gap may have something to do with the comp an ie s ' own internal reasons. There are three core contradictions with cross -border e-commerce talents, and they are the contradiction between sup ply and demand in the talentmarket, the contradiction between the decline of profit and the rising cost of human resources , and the contradiction between the demand of enterprise s and the traditional education mode. Therefore, this paper puts forward a series o f specif ic me asures to solve the problem of cross-border e-commerce talents.
