摘要
近年来,我国对推动农村经济发展、实现现代化农业的生产模式十分重视,国家和地方政府也相继出台了农机购置补贴和农机深松作业补贴等惠民补贴政策,虽在一定程度上促进了我国农业机械化的发展,但距离实现我国农业现代化建设的目标还相去甚远,尤其是在基层农机推广方面仍存在不少问题。文章针对这些问题进行了深入的分析,并就解决对策进行了探讨。
In recent years,China has attached great importance to promoting the development of rural economy and realizing modern agriculture.National and local governments have also introduced subsidy policies such as agricultural subsidies and agri-cultural subsidies.The agricultural mechanization has developed to a certain extent in China,but far away from the realization of China＇s agricultural modernization,especially there are still many problems in the grassroots agricultural extension.This paper an-alyzes the problems and discusses the countermeasures.
