摘要
首先分别改变分散剂、流平剂和消泡剂的质量分数,测定黄色UV固化道路标线涂料涂膜的耐划痕性能和耐冲击性能,分析数据表明加入分散剂、流平剂和消泡剂有助于该涂料在制备和施工中起到润湿、分散、消泡和流平等作用;然后运用正交实验方法,考察了分散剂、流平剂和消泡剂等协调对涂膜性能的影响,进一步证实了助剂有助于改善体系状态,能增加涂膜的耐划痕性能和耐冲击性能;最后确定了分散剂EFKA-4010质量分数为0.3%、流平剂EFKA—3777质量分数为0.15%和消泡剂BYK-055质量分数为0.05%是黄色UV固化道路标线涂料的最佳选择。
The first changing respectively of dispersant, leveling agent and defoaming agent, they help the coating prepared and construction of wetting, dispersion, defoaming and flow through analysed determination of scratch resistance and impact resistance of yellow UV curing road marking paint coating. Then using the orthogonal experiment method, additives further confirmed the improvement system state through Investigated the effects of dispersing agent, leveling agent and defoaming agent on scratch resistance and impact resistance of coating film properties. Finally, it was determined that the dosage of dispersant EFKA - 4010 0.3% , the dosage of EFKA - 3777 0.15%, and the amount of defoaming agent BYK - 055 0.05 % , which was the best choice for yellow UV curing road marking coating.
