摘要 目的研究应用Pathfile根管预备系统预备下颌第一磨牙远中舌根对器械分离、根尖偏移及根充效果的影响。方法选取2014年12月26日至2015年9月25日就诊于天津市河西口腔医院治疗诊科患者104人,共104颗具有远中舌根的下颌第一磨牙,随机分为2组,A组(试验组)采用PathFile和ProTaper联合预备,B组(对照组)采用Protaper单独预备,分别记录两组的器械分离、根尖偏移、根管恰填的个数,进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,A组具有较少的器械分离率及根尖偏移率(P<0.05),2组的根管恰填率未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论联合运用PathFile和ProTaper对下颌第一磨牙远中舌根进行预备可以有效减少器械分离率及根尖偏移率,值得临床推广。 Objectives To study the effects of Pathfile rotary instruments on instrument separation, apical transportation and the quality of root canal ?llings of the distolingual root canals treatment for mandibular first permanent molars. Methods A total of 104 mandibular first permanent molars with distolingual root canals from 104 patients were selected from HEXI stomatology hospital endodontic clinic between December 26th, 2014 and September 25th, 2015. All the canals were randomly divided into two groups: in group A, root canals were prepared with rotary ProTaper and Pathfile. In group B, root canals were prepared with rotary ProTaper. The incidence of instrument separation and apical transportation, and the effective rate of correct ?ll-in were recorded. The data was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Results In group A, the incidence of instrument separation and apical transportation rate were lower than that in group B (P〈0.05), there was no statistical difference between the two groups in correct fill-in rate. Conclusions Combined use of ProTaper and Pathfile for preparation of distolingual root canals in mandibular first permanent molars can effectively reduce the incidence of instrument separation and apical transportation, and therefore should be promoted in the clinic.
