摘要
以孝汾平介灵区域为实证,研究表明:乡村聚落平均规模偏小,中小等级聚落偏多,聚落规模分异程度较大;乡村聚落人口主要向工业化和城镇化重点发展区流动,人口变动表现出较强的地形和中心城区指向。基于乡村聚落人口空间动态特征,从分类引导、分区调控、基础设施和公共服务设施布局三个方面提出乡村建设规划的应对策略。
This paper take Xiaofenpingjieling urban cluster for example,the research indicates that： firstly,the rural settlements in this region is mostly middle and small village in scale,and the scale differentiation is constantly increasing. Secondly,the population of rural settlement mainly flows to the industrialization and urbanization development area. Lastly,the population changes of rural settlement is obviously in topography and central city. This paper puts forward some suggestions on rural construction planning from three aspects of classification promotion,zoning control,infrastructure and public service facilities layout strategy.
