摘要
目的观察大柴芩足浴方辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽发热的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月至12月河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科收治住院的肺炎喘嗽发热患儿80例为研究对象。随机分为观察组及对照组各40例。两组均采用常规抗感染治疗,当患儿腋温高于37.4℃时观察组给予大柴芩足浴方泡脚足浴30min,对照组给予退热贴贴敷于患儿前额,若患儿体温反复升高,可分别再予应用。观察记录患儿治疗前及治疗后0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h,8h和48h的体温变化,治疗48h后对患儿整体疗效予以评价。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),显著高于对照组72.5%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h,8h,48h后观察组体温均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大柴芩足浴方辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽发热疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment with Big Chaiqin lavipeditum pre-scription for children with pneumonia, cough and fever. Methods From September 2016 to December, 80 children with pneumonia, cough and fever were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Universi-ty of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional anti-infection treat-ment; when patients7 axillary temperature was higher than 37. 4 °C,the treatment group was given Big Chaiqin lavipeditum prescription for foot bathing for 30 min, and the control group was given antipyretic plaster which was put on the forehead of children; if the childrens temperature rise again and again, the pre-scription could be reused. The changes of body temperature before and after treatment at 0. 5h, lh, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 48h were observed and recorded, and the overall efficacy was evaluated after 48h of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（92. 5% ,37/40） was significantly higher than that of the control group（72. 5% ,29/40）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The body tem-perature in the treatment group at 0. 5h, lh, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 48h of treatment was all lower than in the control group, and there was statistical difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Big Chaiqin lavipeditum prescrip-tion is significantly effective in the treatment of children with pneumonia, cough and fever.
