高校创客空间建设机制研究——基于美国HEMI高校的实践启示 被引量:10

摘要 高校创客空间(Academic Makerspace)是不容忽视的人才培养载体和学科交叉共享平台。国内高校创客空间在建设过程中面临着管理机制不健全、开放性不足、安全性缺位、共享性不强等现实问题。美国HEMI高校创客空间拥有精干高效的管理机制,以保证充足的开放时间;打造多元包容的开放机制,以吸引不同群体会员加入;构建软硬结合的安全控制机制,以确保创客空间安全运行;通过校内外合作实现跨学科团队资源共享,以推动创新创业转化。国内高校创客空间的发展应选择性借鉴国外高校成熟经验,升级现有载体,构建学科交叉共享平台,汇聚协同发展动力;加强课程设计,推动创客公共课程建设,激发学生创新张力;注重内外联动,维持创客空间生态平衡,增强创业转化活力。 Academic Makerspace is the carrier for talent training and sharing platform for inter-disciplines. In the process of construction, many obstacles face construction in China like unsound management mechanism, inadequate opening hours, and absence of security and lack of strong sharing atmosphere. A Higher Education Makerspace Initiative (HEMI) was established in the United Stated. The Academic Makerspaces in member colleges and universities have created a lean and efficient management mechanism to ensure adequate opening hours; a multi-inclusive open mechanism to attract different groups of members to join and a flexible security control mechanism to ensure safe operation of Makerspaces. Finally through cooperation they have achieved resources sharing among interdisciplinary teams to promote innovation and entrepreneurship transformation. It is suggested that the development of Makerspaces in China should first learn from the above experience accordingly, upgrade the existing carriers and construct the sharing platform of interdisciplinary integration; then accelerate the development of curriculum, promote the construction of common courses for Makerspaces, stimulate students" innovative capacities; and lastly focus on the collaboration with the outside to maintain a dynamic balance and enhance the vitality of entrepreneurship.
