摘要
介绍了采用胸梁升降法织造变幅宽织物的原理。通过建立织口、胸梁和卷布辊之间的几何关系,分析了变幅宽织造过程中,因胸梁升降造成的纬密偏差的大小,并提出了通过改变卷取量来补偿所产生的纬密偏差的方案,从而为变幅宽织物的自动织造奠定了基础。
The principle of weaving tapered fabrics using a method of lifting the front rest is introduced. Through establishing the geometric relationship among cloth fell, front rest and cloth take-up roller, weft density deviation caused by lifting the front rest in the tapered fabric weaving process is analyzed. Additionally, an approach to compensate weft density deviation is proposed through changing take-up quantities. The foundation for automatic weaving of tapered fabrics is provided.
