微电网一次调频备用容量与储能优化配置方法 被引量:45

摘要 分析了柴油机、风电机组、储能系统等微电源在微电网孤岛运行时的一次调频特性与备用成本,将储能配合风电机组参与微电网一次调频,使风电机组具有类似同步发电机的一次调频能力。建立了以一次调频备用成本最小为优化目标的机会约束规划模型。通过神经网络处理风速随机变量,并采用权重改进的线性递减粒子群算法进行求解,得到满足不同置信度的风电减载百分比、柴油机调差系数和储能装置最优配置方案。最后,以某微电网作为算例,验证了所提模型与算法的有效性。 A method that energy storage system (ESS) added into wind turbines to participate in islanded micro-grid primary frequency regulation together with diesel engine was proposed. The primary frequency regulation characteristics and the reserve costs of wind turbine and energy storage system in micro-grid were analyzed, which make wind turbine has the same primary frequency regulation capability as synchronous generator. In addition, a chance constrained programming model with the minimum cost as the optimization target was established. Through the neural network, wind speed random variable was processed. And the weight improved'linear decreasing particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to calculate the optimal percentage of wind turbine load shedding, regulation coefficient of diesel generator and the energy storage power which meet different confidence levels. Finally, taking a micro-grid as an example, the validity of the proposed model and algorithm was verified.
