摘要
英语中的语迹最受关注的莫过于DP语迹和WH语迹。但是整个语迹家族究竟包括哪些种类以及各自属性如何,一直比较缺乏系统的研究。文章经过句法分析对比研究,将语迹按照不同的分类标准分别划分为短语范畴语迹和.终端范畴语迹,论元语迹和附加语语迹,主语语迹和宾语语迹,替换移位语迹和附加移位语迹,初始语迹和中间语迹,并解释了各种分类的意义所在。
Speaking of trace in English,most researches have been focused on DP trace and wh-trace. Few researchers have systematically studied categorization of trace and the attributes of relevant types. After syntactic analysis and comparison,the essay,based on various standards,classifies trace as phrasal category trace and terminal category trace; argument trace and adjunct trace; subject trace and object trace; substitution movement trace and adjunction movement trace; and initial trace and intermediate trace,and explains the significance of each classification.
