摘要
目的:建立利用RP-HPLC测定九味羌活丸中阿魏酸和欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:采用C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温为25℃,流动相为甲醇(A)-体积分数为2%的醋酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为321nm。结果:阿魏酸和欧前胡素分别在质量浓度为0.012~1.92μg、0.01~0.64μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9963~0.9959);平均加样回收率和RSD分别为98.28%、101.04%和2.87%、2.53%。结论:该方法可用于九味羌活丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of ferulie acid and imperatorin. Methods:The I-IPLC separation was achieved on a C 18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) at 25 ℃ .The mobile phase consisted mothanol-2% glacial acetic acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 321nm. Results:The good linear correlation in the ranges of 0.012-1.921xg and 0.01-0.64μg( r=0.9963-0.9959)for ferulic acid and imperatorin .The average recovery rates and RSD were 98.28%, 101.04% and 2.87% ,2.53%, respectively. Conclusion: The method could be used for quality control of Jiuwei Qianghuo pills.
