摘要
双臂横轴掘进机是专门针对非煤矿开采而开发,整机功率大、连续工作时间长、发热量大,对冷却系统的要求比较高。针对实际工况设计了内循环冷却和外喷雾冷却相结合的冷却系统,对掘进机的截割电机、截割减速器、泵站电机以及液压油进行合理可靠的冷却。
Dual-arm lateral axis roadheader is specifically developed for non-coal mines. It has the following characteristics, great machine power, long continuous working time, large heat, and relatively high requirements of the cooling system. So cooling system combining inner circulation cooling with outer spraying cooling is designed based on the practical working conditions. The roadheader cutting motor, cutting reducer, pump motor and hydraulic oil could be reasonable and reliable cooled.
