摘要
采用计算机数值模拟方法结合天固聚氨酯化学封孔材料,分析软、硬2种煤质中的封孔材料对钻孔孔壁围岩稳定性的影响,并得出不同煤质中抽采钻孔应力场和位移场变化特征,聚氨酯封孔材料不仅具有密封作用,而且能够对钻孔孔壁产生支护作用,减小破坏特征,有效防止钻孔漏气现象发生。
Using computer numerical simulation method and combining with the polyurethane chemical sealing material which named Tiangu to analyze the effect of sealing material to borehole surrounding rock of the coal soft and hard. Put forward the characteristics of displacement and stress deformation of the gas extraction borehole in different coal; and come to the conclusion that the polyurethane not only could play the role of sealing but also support the borehole wall, which could decrease the displacement and strain deformation, and finally to prevent drilling leakage phenomenon.
