摘要
四川康定某选铁尾矿Li_2O品位0.76%,可通过浮选对锂资源加以利用。试验采用先脱泥再浮选的原则流程,对该选铁尾矿进行脱泥后,采用碳酸钠、氢氧化钠为调整剂抑制云母,实验室自制QA-7作为捕收剂回收锂辉石,并用design-expert8.0软件对粗选试验结果进行优化,确定捕收剂用量800 g/t,抑制剂用量为1700g/t进行试验。通过闭路试验,获得锂精矿Li_2O品位5.71%,回收率75.78%,实现了对该尾矿资源的二次利用。
The grade of LiO in the tailings from iron ore dressing in Kangding, Sichuan is 0.76%, in which the lithium resource is utilized by flotation. The experiment process is first desliming and then flotation, this experiment use sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide as the regulator to inhibit mica and laboratory - made collector QA - 7 as the collector to recycle spedumene after the tailings desliming. Design - expert 8.0 software is also used to optimize the results, the 800g/t of collector and 1700g/t of regulator are determined respectively. After a closed circuit experiment, the grade of Li2O in concentrate is 5.71%, and the recovery rate is 75.78%. The secondary utilization of the tailings resources is realized.
