我国新生代农民工的就业特征、瓶颈与制度改革 被引量:2

The Employment Characteristics, Bottlenecks and Institutional Reform for the New Generation of Migrant Workers in China

摘要 我国新生代农民工的就业状况仍不够理想,重点表现在收入不高、岗位集中于制造业、劳动强度大、就业维权难度高等方面,而我国现行的体制、新生代农民工自身的就业能力和心理承受力、城镇承载力等都是约束新生代农民工就业的重要瓶颈。因此,必须通过积极的制度改革,不断破解这些瓶颈约束。应构建就业平等的社会管理体系,完善新生代农民工的就业保障和基本生活保障体系,并努力创新就业培训和咨询机制,提升新生代农民工的适应能力,使他们更好地融入城镇中。 There are still problems in the employment of new generation of migrant workers, such as low income, focus on the manufacturing sector, high labor intensity, and difficulties in employment rights. The current system, the employment ability and mental endurance, urban capacity are the important constraints of new generation of migrant workers. Therefore, it is necessary to break through the bottleneck constraints through positive institutional reform. We should build equal employment social management system; improve the employment security and basic living security system. And we should also innovate employment training and consultation mechanism, enhance the ability to adapt to the new generation of migrant workers.
