摘要
目的探讨社区儿童计划免疫的现状,并对儿童计划免疫的影响因素进行分析。方法随机选取2015年2月—2016年2月济南市第五人民医院段北社区的儿童120例为观察组,并选取85例流动儿童为对照组。比较两组儿童的疫苗接种率、计划免疫合格率及影响因素等。结果观察组社区儿童的乙肝疫苗、卡介苗、百白破疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗及麻疹疫苗接种率均高于对照组的流动儿童,两组疫苗接种率数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社区儿童的计划免疫合格率(99.17%)高于对照组(64.71%),两组计划免疫合格率数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别与居住环境等因素对社区儿童的疫苗接种率无影响(P>0.05);疫苗接种卡、父母的文化程度及家庭月收入等因素均对社区儿童的疫苗接种率产生影响(P<0.05)。结论社区儿童的计划免疫合格率高于流动儿童,计划免疫现状较稳定。
Objective To explore the status quo of community immunization in children and to analyze the influencing factors of children＇s planned immunization. Methods 120 children in The Fifth People＇s Hospital of Duanbei Community in ji＇nan city were selected as the observation group from February 2015 to February 2016, and 85 children were selected as the control group. The vaccination rates, planned immunization rate and influencing factors of the two groups of children were compared. Results The vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine, BCG vaccine, bleach vaccine, medulla granulocyte vaccine and polio vaccines in the community were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group （99.17%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （64.71%）. The data of the two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）, the gender and living environment were not significantly different （P 〉 0.05）. The vaccination rate of the vaccination card, the education level of the parents and the monthly income of the parents had a significant effect on the vaccination rate of the community children （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The planned immunization rate of community children is significantly higher than that of migrant children, and the planned immunization status is stable.
