摘要
公用房是高等院校开展各项事务和可持续发展的基本保障,是保证各项教学科研活动和社会服务的基本前提。基于现有的公用房管理和执行现状,全面剖析了目前所存在的问题,初步探讨了公用房管理改革措施及其可行性,并提出思路和建议。
Public housing is the basic guarantee of all kinds of affairs and sustainable development of colleges and universities, and also is the basic premise of teaching and research activities and social services. Based on the existing public housing management and present execution situation, in this study, current problems in the management of public houses were comprehensively analyzed.The reforming measures and respective feasibility were preliminarily discussed, and suggestions were proposed.
