摘要 肌少症是慢性心衰患者的常见并发症之一。慢性心衰相关性肌少症发病机制复杂。抗阻训练作为慢性心衰相关性肌少症的主要干预手段,干预效果已得到广泛认可,安全有效,适合临床推广。 Sarcopenia is common in chronic heart failure. The pathogenesis of chronic heart failure-related sarcopenia is complex and diverse. Resistance training, as the main intervention for chronic heart failure-related sarcopenia, is widely applicated as effective and safe therapy.
