深井巷帮煤体冲击机理及水射流卸压技术应用 被引量:20

Mechanism of rock burst in roadway side wall and the application of water jet pressure relief technology in deep mine

摘要 为解决深井巷道强矿压显现频发问题,对深井条件两类典型巷道冲击巷帮煤体破坏机理进行了分析,采用数值模拟方法研究了水射流卸压技术对巷帮煤体应力集中区二次分布影响,提出了基于"强弱强"三重防冲结构的水射流卸压防冲方法。研究表明:水射流卸压段形成的弹塑性"弱结构"区使煤体中高应力单峰值区应力二次分布形成低应力双峰值区;随水射流卸压段长度的递增,低应力内峰值区向煤体深部转移,且内峰值逐渐减小趋于原岩应力。现场水射流卸压区的电磁辐射值、钻屑量和矿震事件定位结果表明该技术有较好的应用效果。 In order to solve the problems of rock burst in deep mine,the destruction mechanism of coal wall under two kinds of typical rock burst condition was analyzed,the influence of water jet pressure relief technology on the change of area of stress concentration in coal walls was analyzed through numerical simulation,and the mechanical model of "strong-weak-strong" structure based on water jet pressure relief technology against rock burst was proposed.The research results have shown that the stress concentration area of low stress and two peak values is formed from that of high stress and one peak value in the elastic-plastic "weak-structure" area as a result of water jet pressure relief;with the increase of the length of water jet pressure relief drillings,the inside peak value area with low stress was transferred to the deep of the coal,and the inside peak value decreased gradually towards the original rock stress.The electromagnetic radiation values,the drilling crumbs amount index,and locations of tremor show that water jet pressure relief technology has a good application effect.
