在用工业锅炉热效率测试测量误差来源分析及控制

摘要 在用工业锅炉热效率测试的测量项目和使用检测设备较多,对人、环境、系统等方面要求较高,测试过程影响因素繁多。控制好测量误差在允许范围是确保锅炉热效率测试成功的关键要素之一。在总结锅炉热效率测试工作经验的基础上,对在用工业锅炉测试测量误差来源作出分析,并对如何控制好测试测量误差进行探讨分析。 There are lots of measuring projects and testing equipments for thermal efficiency test of in-use industrial boiler which needs higher requirements to people, environment, system and so on. There are various factors affecting the testing process, as a result, keeping the measurement errors within the allowed range is one of the key elements to ensure the success of the boiler thermal efficiency test. On the basis of summarizing the experience in boiler thermal efficiency test, this paper analyzed the measurement error sources of industrial boiler test, and discussed methods on how to better control measurement errors.
