摘要
金砖国家人文交流合作机制是金砖国家合作机制的重要组成部分,发展金砖国家人文交流合作机制是深化金砖伙伴关系的重要路径。当前,金砖国家人文交流合作领域不断拓宽,合作内容不断细化与深化,中国与俄罗斯在金砖国家人文交流合作机制建设发展中发挥着重要的作用。金砖国家人文交流合作机制具有固定化与轮值主席国自主创新化相结合的特点。金砖国家人文交流的进一步深化发展还需在机制设置中处理好成员国共性需求与个性需求之间的关系,同时协调并设计好同其他多边人文交流合作机制的相互关系。
People-to-people exchange is an important part of the cooperation mechanism in the BRICS and development of this mechanism is an efficient way to deepen the BRICS’partnership.Among other,both China and Russia have played an important role in promoting cultural and educational exchanges.The cooperation mechanism of peopleto-people exchange and cooperation in BRICS is characterized by the combination of regular and the independent innovation of the rotating presidency.The BRICS countries further deepening development of people-to-people exchange still need to deal with demand balances between the generality and individuality and coordinate with other multilateral cultural and educational exchanges.
