摘要
目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月医院收治的100例急性腹泻患儿,动态随机化分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌治疗。结果观察组患儿总有效率(96.00%),止泻时间(3.54±1.85)d,治疗后3 d排便次数(3.18±0.47)次/天,治疗后7 d排便次数(1.39±1.47)次/天,CD_4/CD_8(1.89±0.58),CD_3(67.52±3.45)%,CD_4(43.61±2.74)%,CD_8(25.61±1.54)%,均明显优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻中效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.Methods Totally 100 children patients with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii. Results The total effective rate（ 96. 00%）, antidiarrheal time（ 3. 54 ±1. 85） d,defecation frequency of 3 days after treatment（ 3. 18 ± 0. 47） times/d,defecation frequency of 7 days after treatment（ 1. 39 ±1. 47） times/d, CD4/CD8（ 1. 89 ± 0. 58）, CD3（ 67. 52 ± 3. 45） %, CD4（ 43. 61 ± 2. 74） %, CD8（ 25. 61 ± 1. 54） % in the observation group,which were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea has good effect,it is worthy of clnical promotion.
