摘要
有机腈化物在天然产物、药物合成、农药、材料、染料等领域是一类重要的合成中间体,但基于铜的金属有机框架材料(Cu-MOFs)作为催化剂催化的C-CN反应研究很少。本研究参照文献方法制备了有机配体分别为咪唑、2-羟基嘧啶、对苯二甲酸和均苯三甲酸的4种Cu-MOF催化剂,随后将其应用到卤代芳烃的氰基化反应,并对其反应溶剂、温度、时间等因素进行了优化。实验及优化结果表明:在DMSO中,MOF-199作为催化剂,Na2CO3为碱,以三水合亚铁氰化钾为氰源,在140℃下实现了多种芳香碘代物的氰基化反应,并实现了催化剂循环利用,这对于发展和完善Cu-MOF催化氰基化反应具有重要的意义。
Organic cyanide is a kind of skeleton module which has important application in the field of organic synthesis, such as in natural products, drug synthesis, dyes, pesticides and materials. However, there is no example using copper-based metal-organic framework materials (Cu-MOF) as the catalyst for C-CN bond formation. Herein, four typical Cu-MOFs catalysts were prepared according to the method of literature reports (the organic ligands are imidazole, 2-hydroxy pyrimidine, terephthalic acid and trimesic acid), which was then applied to the halogenated aromatic cyanation reaction. After optimization, the combination of 10 mol% MOF-199, 2 equiv. Na2CO3, and 50 mol% of K4Fe (CN)6·3H2O at 140 ℃ for 24 h was the optimal conditions, and the corresponding cyanation products were obtained with good to excellent yields. Moreover, the catalyst can be reused at least 4 times without significantly decreasing of activity, which is great significance for developing and improving the Cu-MOF catalyzed cyanation reaction.
