摘要
目的:观察麒麟丸联合十一酸睾酮治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症(late delayed hypogonadism,LOH)的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年6月—2015年6月本院男科门诊就诊的LOH患者63例,随机分为对照组32例和治疗组31例。对照组口服十一酸睾酮胶丸,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用麒麟丸。比较两组患者治疗前后IIEF-5评分、男性症状问卷(AMS)评分,检测两组患者治疗前后血清睾酮(testosterone,T)水平。结果:两组患者治疗后IIEF-5及AMS评分均显著高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后T高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麒麟丸联合十一酸睾酮治疗LOH的疗效显著,且无不良反应。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Qilin Pill combined with Testosterone Undecanoate Capsule on late delayed hypogonadism （LOH） in male. Methods-Totally 63 patients treated in the Andrology Department in this Hospital between June 2014 and June 2015 were randomized into control group （32 cases） and treatment group （31 （：ases）. Control group were orally given Testosterone Undeeanoate Capsule while treatment group were added with Qilin Pill. The scures of IIEF-5, AMS and levels of testosterone （T） before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Resalts：The scores of IIEF-5 and AMS in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and treatment group were higher than control group;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0, 05）. The levels of T in both groups after treatment were higher than those betfore treatment, with statistical difference（ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conelusion：Qilin Pill combined with Testosterone Undecanoate Capsnle has significant therapeutic effects on LOH in male without adverse reactions.
