摘要
目的观察手术室集束化护理预防术后肺部感染的效果。方法将2015年9月—2016年8月在我院通过手术治疗的69例患者作为观察组,给予常规护理+集束化护理。选取同期接受手术治疗的68例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理;观察并比较两组患者术后肺部感染情况及护理满意度。结果观察组肺部感染率2.90%明显较对照组的感染率11.76%更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度98.55%,高于对照组86.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术患者应用集束化护理可有效提高护理质量及患者护理满意度,预防术后肺部感染。
Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing in operation room to prevent postoperative pulmonary infection. Methods 69 patients treated by operation in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were taken as observation group, and routine nursing and cluster nursing were taken. selected 68 patients who received surgical treatment at the same time as the control group, and received routine nursing care; postoperative pulmonary infection and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared. Results The lung infection rate of the observation group 2.90% was significantly lower than that of the control group 11.76%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.55%, higher than that of the control group 86.76%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionApplying cluster nursing to the operation patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, and prevent postoperative pulmonary infection.
