摘要
目的研讨集束化护理对于冠状动脉支架植入后患者心脏康复情况。方法将我院收治的2015年2月至2016年8月冠心病进行冠状动脉支架的患者120例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组接受一般手术后的护理,实验组接受特殊的集束化护理,根据患者情况实施不同的护理干预。结果在实验前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压和6 min步行距离,都没有显著差异(P>0.05)。实验后,实验组中患者的收缩压和舒张压降低的比对照组多,并且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明实验组能够有效降低患者的收缩压和舒张压。两组患者的6 min步行距离,实验组明显比对照组多并具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明集束化护理对于患者的运动能力比普通护理要好。在预防行为评分中,实验组也比对照组评分高且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对于非致死性心肌梗死和再次靶血管血运重建,实验组均比对照组例数少并具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明集束化护理能够改善患者心脏功能,提高心肌活力。结论集束化护理对于患者接受冠状动脉支架手术后心脏康复是很有帮助的,可以在临床上大力推广。
Objective To study the cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery stent implantation. Method 120 patients with coronary artery stenosis from February 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received general postoperative care and the experimental group received special cluster Care, according to the patient＇s situation to implement different nursing intervention. Result There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 6 min walking distance between the two groups before the experiment（P〉0.05）. After the experiment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, which indicated that the experimental group could effectively reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The 6-minute walking distance of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, indicating that the exercise of the cluster was better than that of the general nursing. In the prophylactic score, the experimental group was also higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. For the nonfatal myocardial infarction and re-target vascular revascularization, the experimental group was less than the control group（P〈0.05）, indicating that the cluster of care can improve the patient＇s heart function, improve myocardial activity. Conclusion Grouped care for patients after coronary artery stent surgery after cardiac rehabilitation is very helpful, can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
