我国森工集团存在的问题及对策探讨 被引量:5

摘要 森工集团自筹建以来 ,森林资源的保护和培育得到了加强 ,生态体系建设取得了显著的效果 ,森工产业结构得到了初步优化。然而 ,森工集团在发展中也存在着许多问题 ,诸如森工集团的发展很不平衡 ,历史包袱依然很重 ,资源危机依然存在 ,经济结构仍不合理。因此 ,有必要进一步深化改革 ,解放思想 ,更新观念 ;转换经营机制 ,建立现代企业制度 ;强化和改善企业管理 ;加速推进经济结构的调整 ;实施下岗再就业工程 ,安置下岗职工 ;并扩大对外开放 ,积极开发海外资源和市场 。 Since the establishment of forestry enterprise groups(FEG), protection and cultivation of forest resources have been strengthened,construction of ecology system has received remarkable effect,and industrial structure has been optimized preliminarily.However,many problems still exist during the development of FEG.For example,the development of FEG is imbalance,burdens left by the original enterprises are still heavy,and resource crisis still exists,economical structure is still irrational.Therefore,it is necessary to take some measures to reform deeply.We should emancipate the mind and renovate conception,transform management mechanism,establish modern enterprise system,consolidate and improve enterprise management,accelerate the adjustment of economic structure,implement the reemployment projects for the laid\|off workers,and broaden the opening to the outside and exploit oversea resources and markets for relaxing stress of resources.
