摘要
通过分析WK-35电铲生产能力的计算公式,得出了气候、穿爆质量、工艺技术、工艺参数、组织管理、维修保养水平、司机操作水平7类影响WK-35电铲生产能力的因素。对比分析魏家峁露天煤矿WK-35电铲实际运行情况与设计运行情况,找出生产能力不达标的原因,提出解决办法。
Through analyzing the calculation formula of WK-35 shovel production capacity, the article obtains the climate, wear quality, process technology, process parameters, organization management, maintenance level and the level of driver operation seven types factors of influencing WK-35 shovel production capacity. By comparing and analyzing the actual operation and design operation of WK-35 electric shovel in Weijiamao Open-pit Mine, the article finds out the non-compliance reasons of production capacity and puts forward the solution.
