摘要
目的:观察运用"证体合辨"理论治疗干燥综合征(sjogren’s syndrome,SS)的临床疗效。方法:78例SS患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组39例,对照组依据"辨证论治"理论组方,治疗组运用"证体合辨"理论组方,12周为1个疗程,观察治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、免疫炎性指标及不良反应的发生情况,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为74.36%,对照组有效率为56.41%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、红细胞沉降率和免疫球蛋白G均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用"证体合辨"理论治疗SS临床疗效显著,可降低免疫炎性指标,改善临床症状,且不良反应小。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation combined with constitution differentiation in treatment of sjogren syndrome（ SS） in the treatment of. Methods： 78 cases of SS patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated based on ＂ syndrome differentiation＂ and the treatment group was treated based on ＂ syndrome differentiation combined with constitution differentiation＂. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The TCM syndrome scores,the immunoassay indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions of both groups of the two groups were observed after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was74. 36%,which was significantly higher than that（ 56. 41%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total scores of TCM syndromes,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the immunoglobulin G of both groups decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05） and that of the treatment group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of sjogren syndrom with syndrom differentiation combined with constitution differentiation can significantly reduce the immune inflammatory markers and can improve the clinical symptoms,with fewer adverse reactions.
