摘要
本文拟通过对仲裁制度的性质 ,仲裁机构的性质 ,仲裁当事人、仲裁员、仲裁机构之间的关系的论述 ,探讨在我国建立仲裁机构责任制度的可能性 。
This paper discusses such issues as the properties of arbitration system, arbitration institutions and the relationship between agents concerned, arbitrators and arbitration institutions. The author explores the possibility of the establishment of arbitration institutions so that the agents concerned will have financial means to fall back on when the arbitration results are repealed or not executed
