摘要
为改善刚玉质浇注料的流动性和坯体的性能,根据Andreasen方程CPFT/100=(d/D)~q,通过测定不同q值下浇注料的自流值和常温物理性能,研究了颗粒组成对刚玉质浇注料的流动性和坯体性能的影响。研究表明:颗粒组成显著影响刚玉质浇注料的流动性,当q值为0.25或0.26时,颗粒之间趋于理想的连续尺寸分布,堆积接近于最紧密堆积,浇注料的流动性最佳,颗粒组成显著影响刚玉浇注料的物理性能;当q值为0.26时,经110℃×24h干燥后,干坯试样的常温物理性能最佳,即气孔率最小、体积密度最大、力学性能最佳。
In order to improve flowability and green bodies' properties of corundum castable, according to Andreasen equation, the effect of particle size distributions on flowability and green bodies' properties of corundum castable was studied through the measurement of self-flow value and physical properties at room temperature of castable.The results show that the flow of corundum castable is significantly affected by particle size distribution.When the self-flow value is 0.25 or 0.26, particles tended to continuous size distribution and the most compact stack, and the castable shows the best flowablity.The physical properties of castable are significantly affected by particle size distribution.When the value of q is 0.26, the samples dried at 110 ℃ for 24 hours show the best physical properties with the minimum porosity, the maximum volume density and the best mechanical properties.
