摘要
目的研究社区原发性高血压患者的社会支持状况，探讨通过护理干预提高社区高血压患者社会支持水平，并增进健康的可行性。方法选择某社区308名居民为研究对象，其中132名确诊为高血压居民作为高血压组，余176名无高血压的健康居民作为健康居民组，采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）测量高血压病患者和健康居民的社会支持状况。将实际调查到的132名高血压居民随机抽取66名为实验组，余66名为对照组，制定相应的社会支持社区护理干预方案，对照组不进行护理干预，而实验组连续8个月实施护理干预，并评价干预效果。结果社区高血压患者客观支持、主观支持、总得分均明显低于健康居民组；高血压病组与健康居民组支持利用度比较无显著差异；干预后实验纽的主观支持得分、支持利用度得分以及社会支持总分均显著高于对照组。结论社区高血压病患者社会支持存在不足，有效利用社区护理资源，积极加强社区护理干预，可促进患者健康。
Objective To study the community hypertension patients： social support condition,discussed by hypertension patients in community nursing intervention to improve social support level, and the feasibility of improving health. Methods Choose 308 residents of a community as the research object,including 132 residents diagnosed with high blood pressure as high blood pressure group, more than 176 healthy residents as healthy residents group without high blood pressure, high blood pressure measurement by social support rating scale（SSRS） patients and healthy social support condition of residents. Actual survey to 132 hypertension resi- dents randomly 66 called the experimental group, 66, the control group,formulate corresponding social support of community nursing intervention program, the control group not nursing intervention, the experimental group for 8 months in a row implement nursing intervention, and evaluation of intervention results. Results Hypertension patients in community objective support, subjective support, total score were significantly lower than healthy residents group; Hypertension group and healthy residents support exploi tation degree is no significant difference;Subjective support score after the intervention of the experimental group, supported the use of scoring,and social support scores were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Hypertension patients in community and social support is insufficient, the effective use of community care resources, actively strengthen the community nursing intervention,can promote patients＇ health.
