双导师制带教模式对护理见习生临床实践能力的影响

摘要 目的探讨双导师带教模式对护理见习生实践能力的影响。方法将医院2016级护理见习生80名分为观察组与对照组,各40名。对照组采用传统带教模式,以临床教师为主;观察组采用双导师带教模式。结果观察组的临床实践能力程度、评分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论采用双导师制带教模式,合理利用教学资源,拉近了教学与临床实践的距离,促进了老师与学生的共同进步,教学效果明显,可全面快速提升学生的综合实践能力。 Objective To study the double teachers teaching mode to the influence of nursing trainee practice abihty.Methods To level 2016 to study the nursing trainee,a total of 80.Control group using traditional teaching mode,give priority to with clinical teachers.Observation group with double mentor teaching mode(n=40).Comparison of two groups of clinical practice ability. Results Compared with control group and observation group in the clinical practice ability,scoring higher degree.Significant difference (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The double tutorial system teaching mode,the reasonable use of teaching resources,pull close the distance teaching and clinical practice,promote the common progress of the teacher and student.At the same time,can obtain obvious teaching effect,faeilitate comprehensive ,fast,promoting the comprehensive practical ability of students.Therefore,the teaching mode is wortla promoting.
