摘要
目的探讨精细化护理管理对提高神经内科护理质量的效果。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月医院神经内科收治的90例住院患者．按照入院时间分为研究组与对照组，各45例。研究组患者实施精细化护理管理，对照组患者予常规护理及管理。比较两组的护理质量及患者满意度评分。结果研究组护理合格率，护理文书撰写合格率高于对照组，不良事件发生率低于对照组，研究组患者的护理满意度评分为（98．22±1．02）分，明显高于对照组的（83．65±2．13）分（P〈0．05）。结论神经内科实施精细化护理管理，效果显著。可有效提高临床护理质量与护理满意度，值得推广。
Objective In this paper,the refinement of nursing management to improve the quality of nerve internal medicine nursing effects were analyzed and discussed.Methods In May 2014 - May 2015 of 90 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in department of neurology,in accordance with the admission time is divided into research group and control group,45 cases in each group.control group patients during hospitalization for routine care and management,Results The qualified rate and qualified rate of nursing documents writing team nursing higher than that of control group,nursing satisfaction score（98.22±1.02） higher than the control group （83.65±2.13）（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In neurology detailed nursing management effect is remarkable,which can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing and nursing satisfaction,worthy of promotion and practice.
