摘要
针对使用天幕靶测量弹丸的飞行速度时,配套天幕靶响应时间不一致会引入额外测速误差,连发射击时天幕靶响应时间过大会导致捕获率下降的问题,分析了天幕靶的弹形信号输出特性,研究了模拟弹丸过幕信号和天幕靶响应时间检测方法,确定了一种天幕靶连发响应性能测试方法.利用测试电路输出弹丸过幕模拟信号,模拟弹丸穿过光幕产生的光能量的瞬时变化,通过测量驱动信号与天幕靶输出信号的时间,计算天幕靶响应时间.将一组驱动信号按照一定的时间间隔作用于点光源,可检验天幕靶高射速响应性能.试验验证:所测响应时间可直观表明天幕靶过幕信号延迟大小,对比不同天幕靶的响应时间可配对两台天幕靶进行测速试验;对比连发驱动信号与过幕信号,可检验天幕靶是否满足一定射击频率.该方法可用于天幕靶响应时间测量及高射速响应性能检测.
In the test of using regional cut sky-screen to measure projectile flight speed,the delay inconsistency of a set of sky-screens may cause measuring error.The long response time of the skyscreen leads the decrease of the catching rate in a series of bullet test.In view of the above problems,the output characteristics of the projectile signal of the sky-screen are analyzed,and the signal of sky-screen of simulated projectile and the detecting method of response time are studied to obtain the high-speed response performance test method.The test circuit is used to output a projectile signal to simulate the instantaneous change of light energy while projectile passing through the light screen,and the interval time between the driving signal and the output signal of sky-screen is measured to calculate the response time of sky-screen.By cheching a set of driving signals acting on the point light source at a certain interval time,the high-speed response performance of sky-screen is tested.Experimental results show:The response time intuitively indicates the delayed distance of the signal of sky-screen,and the response time of the different sky-screens is matched with two sky-screens for velocity test.Comparing the serial driving signals and the passing signals of sky-screen can test whether the sky-screen satisfies certain shooting frequency.The test method can be used in the measurement of sky-screen response time and the monitoring of high-speed response performance.
