选矿工程矩形常压容器强度分析及优化设计

摘要 应用SolidWorks软件建模及有限元分析模块,对选矿工艺常用的矩形常压容器进行静力学分析。通过结果分析,得出了加强筋及耳座连接形式更具合理性的结论,有效的降低了容器重量。考察了选矿工艺中常见外载荷对容器强度的影响,为容器优化设计工作提供了依据。 By using SolidWorks modeling software and finite element analysis module,static analysis is conducted for rectangular ordinary pressure vessels that are commonly used for beneficiation process.By analyzing the results,it's concluded that connection type with stiffeners and lugs is more reasonable,which can effectively reduce weight of vessels.The impact of common external loads in beneficiation process on strength of vessels is investigated,which provides basis for optimization design of vessels.
