摘要 目的优选最佳滑石粉炒鱼鳔胶炮制工艺,为滑石粉炮制药材的工艺筛选及质量评价提供研究思路及方法。方法选用L_9(3~4)正交表设计试验,以粉碎率、蛋白质含量为指标,以膨胀率、浸出物为参考指标,结合实际选择滑石粉炒制时间、滑石粉粒度、滑石粉炒制温度、滑石粉用量4个因素进行考察,筛选滑石粉炒鱼鳔胶炮制工艺。结果选择2倍于药物的200目滑石粉,190℃,翻炒3 min为滑石粉炒鱼鳔胶最佳工艺。验证试验表明,最佳工艺切实可行,结果稳定。结论采用客观、可靠的评价指标,对传统滑石粉炒鱼鳔胶"翻炒至鼓起、酥脆"的工艺进行了研究,为进一步制订滑石粉炒鱼鳔胶饮片的质量标准提供依据。 Objective To optimize the best processing paramerter for stir-frying Swim Bladders with talcum powder, and provide the study ideas and methods for the processing and quality evaluation. Methods L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal test was carried out by multi-index comprehensive analysis in the study, the crushing rate and protein content were taken as indexes, the expansion rate and extract were taken as reference indexes, according to the actual conditions, 4 factors ( stir-frying time, particle size, temperature and the dosage of talcum powder ) were investigated, in order to optimize the processing paramerter for stir-frying Swim Bladders with talcum powder. Results The best technological paramerteres proportion of talcum powder ( 200 mesh ) to Swim Bladders was 2 :1 , the temperature was 190 ℃, and stir-frying time was 3 min. The verification test indicated that the technology was feasible and result was stable. Conclusion The objective and reliable index is used to evaluate the traditional processing of stir-frying Swim Bladders until swell and crisp with talcum powder, it can provide the reference for formulating the new quality standard of processed Swim Bladders.
