摘要
目的观察颜氏降脂方治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法将80例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组患者均进行运动饮食干预,治疗组服用颜氏降脂方,每天1剂。对照组服用辛伐他汀片20 mg,每晚1次顿服。两组均连续服药12周。治疗前后检测血脂[包括总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血常规、尿常规、便常规+潜血、肝肾功能、心电图,治疗后评价临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果治疗组临床总有效率为82.5%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均明显改善(P<0.01),但两组间各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后有4例ALT升高,均未超过正常上限1倍,有5例腹胀,2例口干,治疗组无明显不良反应。结论颜氏降脂方与辛伐他汀片降低血脂效果相当,且颜氏降脂方安全性优于辛伐他汀片。
Objective To observe the clinic effect and safety of Yanshi Jiangzhi Formula （颜氏降脂方） in trea- ting hyperlipemia. Methods Randomly divided 80 patients with hyperlipemia into a treatment and a control group, with 40 cases in each. Patients in both groups were all intervened with exercise and diet. The treatment group took Yanshi Jiangzhi Formula, one dose per day. The control group took simvastatin pills 20 rag, once every night. Both groups took medicine for 12 weeks. Measured blood lipids including total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, blood routine test, urine routine test, stool routine test plus occult blood test, liver and kidney function test, and electrocardiogram before and after treatment. After treatment, evaluated the clinical efficacy and recorded the adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82. 5% while that in the control group was 77. 5%. The difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels of the two groups after treatment all re- markably improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. But there was no statistically significant difference in each index between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were 4 cases in the control group with ALT increase after treatment, but the increase was not 2 times more than upper limit of normal value. There were 5 cases of abdominal distension, 2 cases of dry mouth. There was no remarkable adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion The effect of Yanshi Jiangzhi Formula on lowing blood lipids was similar to simvastatin pills and the safety of Yanshi Jiangzhi Formula was superior to simvastatin pills.
