摘要
采用低温塑化的方法制备醋酸纤维素/环氧树脂(CA/EP)共混材料,并在共混过程中加入固化剂聚醚胺(D230),使其在体系内部形成半互穿网络结构。通过凝胶组分分析(凝胶含量测定与全反射红外光谱)以及扫描电子显微镜可以确定半互穿网络结构的形成。拉伸与弯曲测试可以表明该互穿网络结构的存在对材料的力学强度有较大提升,拉伸强度从54.6MPa提升至67.0MPa,弯曲强度由39MPa提高至63MPa。
CA/EP blend was prepared at low temperature,and the curing agent D230 was added in the blending process to form semi-interactive network structure. The formation of semi-interactive network structure can be determined by the gel component analysis( gel content and FT-IR) and SEM. The tensile and bending tests showed that the existence of network structure had a great improvement on the mechanical strength of material. Tensile strength was increased from 54. 6MPa to 67. 0MPa,and flex strength was improved from 39 MPa to 63 MPa.
