摘要
目的:探讨分析中药药熨配合康复训练治疗中风软瘫期患者对生活质量的影响。方法:选取于2014年3月~2016年2月在某院接受治疗的150例中风偏瘫患者,作为本研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各75例。其中观察组给患者中药药熨配合康复训练治疗,对照组给患者进行常规的康复治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,进行活动等功能评分。结果:观察组的研究效果(98.36%)高于对照组(79.98%),P<0.05,两组的活动率比较差异有统计学意义。结论:风软瘫期患者在中药药熨配合康复训练治疗中疗效显著,临床效果较好,值得在临床推广。
Objective：To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients in flaccid paralysis period on quality of life.Methods：150cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in a hospital from March 2014 to February 2014 as the object of this research,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases each.Patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment combined with rehabilitation training,and patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation therapy.Compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups,and scored the activities and other functions.Results：The effect of observation group（98.36%）was higher than the control group（79.98%）,P〈0.05.There was significant difference in the activity rate between the two groups.Conclusion：The effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of the stroke patients in flaccid paralysis period is significant,and the clinical effect is good,so it is worth popularizing in clinical.
