摘要
金属热处理学科,是重要的技术类科目,随着教学体制的不断改革与发展,对其教学工作也提出了全新的要求,更加注重学生的职业综合素养,不仅要求学生要掌握该课程的基础知识,同时还要培养学生优秀的职业技能与岗位适应能力,将职业能力通过渗透式的教学方法,能有效增强学生对职业的认知,了解岗位所需人才的具体要求,从而提高金属热处理课程的兴趣,激发学生对知识的的求知欲望,增强学生职业综合能力。因此,金属热处理课程在教学过程中,应充分重视职业能力教育,并将其渗透到教学工作当中,这不仅是教学体制的要求,更是促进学生职业生涯可持续发展的必然选择,本文就两者在教学中的结合方式进行了全面深入的分析,以此,来培养符合金属热处理职业需求的综合人才。
